Founder
Jader founded GMFI in 2008 after years on the shop floor as a stone fabricator. Brazilian by birth, he still hand-selects every slab that comes into the yard, and his standard for a seam or an edge is the one the whole crew works to.

Javier joined in 2013 as managing partner and runs the company day to day. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami, where he graduated as class valedictorian, and he is often the first person you will talk to about your project.

How We Work
Most countertop companies sell the job and send it out. We do not. The same people measure, cut, polish and install, which is how a project stays on schedule and how we can stand behind the work.

A member of our own crew measures your kitchen or bathroom, checks the cabinets are level and square, and talks through sink, faucet and edge choices on site. Nothing is drawn from a sketch.

Every slab in our Boynton Beach yard is a full slab, not a sample chip. You choose the one you want, we tag it with your name, and that is the stone that goes in your home.

Cutting, sink cutouts, edge profiles and polishing all happen at 501 Industrial Ave, to a 1/32 inch tolerance. There is no outside shop and no waiting on one.

The people who fabricated your countertops set them. We never hand a job to a subcontractor, which is why we can put a 12-month workmanship warranty behind every seam, edge and cutout.
